By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by RSL-AI Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RSL-AI Solutions LLC provides AI-powered marketing services, including but not limited to:

AI chatbot development

Website design and automation

Marketing automation systems

Lead generation tools

CRM and funnel integrations

Digital marketing consulting

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services"

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not guarantee:

Revenue increases

Lead generation results

Conversion rates

Business growth outcomes

Results vary based on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client execution.

4. Limitation of Liability (Critical Clause)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSL-AI Solutions LLC shall NOT be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits

Loss of business

Loss of data

Marketing performance failures

System errors or downtime

AI-generated inaccuracies

Third-party platform issues (e.g., ad platforms, CRMs, hosting)

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree that your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

5. AI Disclaimer

Client acknowledges that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs

AI systems are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be correct

The client is responsible for reviewing, approving, and verifying all outputs before use

RSL-AI Solutions LLC is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent;

this information will not be shared with any third parties."

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party tools such as:

CRM systems

Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)

Hosting providers

Automation tools

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, bans, or performance issues related to these platforms.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Review and approve all deliverables

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Not misuse or abuse AI systems

Failure to do so releases RSL-AI Solutions LLC from any related liability.

8. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services

Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate service termination

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, frameworks, and AI models remain the property of RSL-AI Solutions LLC

Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables

Unauthorized use, resale, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSL-AI Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Your use of our services

Your business operations

Any violation of laws or regulations

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Terminate services at any time

Refuse service for any reason

Remove access without prior notice

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

RSL-AI Solutions LLC ; this is simply a brief description of the kinds of messages users can expect to receive when they opt in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 470-727-2561. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
